Wow, what a fantastic stay at Borgofico Relais & Wellness! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the Centro Storico, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Our room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was delicious and had a great variety of options. The highlight of our stay was definitely the helpful and friendly staff, especially Martina were really nice to make our trip lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for an really good stay in Rome.

Great location near charming laneways and Italy at your doorstep. Room was spacious and offered excellent value for money. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were well-maintained and breakfast was enjoyable. a fantastic base for exploring the city.

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of Rome. the location is absolutely perfect. It's right in the middle of everything, within walking distance to all the major attractions and there's even a bus stop nearby for those who prefer to ride. Secondly, the staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and are always there to answer any questions you may have. Lastly, the rooms are spacious with high ceilings and have great facilities. They are kept very clean and the attention to detail is impressive. Oh, and the breakfast is delicious!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was attentive and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent - the spa room was lovely and the breakfast had a good selection. The location was perfect, as it was in the middle of everything and we were able to walk to all the sites. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, including a great craft beer bar.

The location was perfect, with main attractions and great restaurants within walking distance. We were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Natasha and Martina. Natasha arranged a pick-up service from the airport and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Martina took the time to give us detailed recommendations on attractions, shopping, and food in the area. The personal attention we received was really good, and we haven't experienced such great service in a long time. We would definitely recommend Borgofico Relais & Wellness to others.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find due to the lack of a signboard, and the door lock was a bit tricky to operate.

Despite these small drawbacks, the overall experience is positive, with great value for money, exceptional service, and the added conveniences of early check-out and bag storage. The only downside is the thin walls, which may lead to disturbances from neighboring rooms.
